Book an Appointment
All of our therapy services are online and available only if you are physically located in either Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, or New York during each appointment because these are the four states where we are licensed to practice. We don’t allow online booking within 24 hours of the appointment time and also during specific days/times in our schedule. If you would like an appointment within the next 24 hours or during any other day/time that’s otherwise labeled as “Contact to Book”, then please call or email us to determine availability.
Our services are billed as either private pay (we may offer sliding scale options based on financial hardship needs to a limited number of clients) or Out-Of-Network (OON; this means that we are not in-network with any insurance plans, and we can provide clients with Superbills that may be submitted by clients directly to their insurance company to claim potential reimbursement depending on OON benefits covered under the insurance plan) after we receive full payment directly from clients at the time of service. Either way, we highly value providing exceptional services at a fair fee that’s consistent with the usual and customary market rates according to the states that we serve.

Psychotherapy
Clinical social workers represent the largest group of behavioral health practitioners in the nation. Clinical social work is a specialty practice area of social work that has a primary focus on the mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being of individuals, couples, families, and groups. It centers on a holistic approach to psychotherapy and the client’s relationship to their environment. Clinical social work views the client’s relationship with their environment as essential to treatment planning. Individual, couples, group, and family therapy are treatment modalities that focus on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal disturbances. Social workers who provide these services are required to be licensed or certified at the clinical level in their state of practice. Clinical social workers are essential to a variety of client-centered settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, substance use treatment and recovery programs, schools, primary health care centers, child welfare agencies, aging services, employee assistance programs, and private practice settings.
